Shipping policy
Tiki Treasure ships worldwide. This policy explains how orders are processed, how long they take to arrive, what they cost, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Standard processing time: 1–3 business days from the moment payment is confirmed.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking email when it ships.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET are processed the next business day.

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, email us and we’ll quote a shipping rate manually.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs delays, carrier strikes, weather, and remote-area routing can extend delivery beyond the upper bound. We’ll always help you track it.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50 (USD).
- For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your items — you’ll see the exact cost before you pay.
- Promotional shipping offers (if any) will be applied automatically at checkout.
Carriers & Tracking
We use trusted regional and international carriers including USPS, FedEx, DHL Express, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, and local last-mile partners. Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to the email address on your order. Tracking activates within 24–48 hours of shipment.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout, and we have no way of estimating them in advance. We recommend checking your local customs office for rates before ordering.
If a package is refused at customs or returned because duties weren’t paid, we can re-ship only after you cover return + reshipping costs.
Lost, Stuck, or Damaged Shipments
- Tracking hasn’t updated in 7+ days: email support@tikitreasure.co and we’ll open a trace with the carrier.
- Package marked delivered but not received: contact us within 7 days of the delivered date.
- Damaged on arrival: photograph the packaging and product, then email support@tikitreasure.co within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or refund.
- Lost in transit (no movement for 21+ days after shipment): we’ll replace or refund at our discretion after a carrier investigation.
Address Accuracy
We ship to the exact address you enter at checkout. Please double-check it before paying — we can’t reroute a package after it leaves our warehouse, and re-shipping to a corrected address requires the customer to cover the new shipping cost.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Address changes or order cancellations are possible only within 12 hours of order placement. After that, the order is in fulfillment and can’t be modified.
- Email support@tikitreasure.co immediately if you need to make a change.
